"Just know that if you’re ever running late, this business will extend you ZERO grace or generosity (even if you call ahead and are a return customer). I would have expected to receive more understanding and common decency when running late to an appointment for my first time. Despite only arriving 8 minutes late and calling at the time of the appointment to let them know, I was denied service and charged a $27 late fee (90% of the price of my brow tint). Nice job loosing a customer."
