She was super clear about possible risks and about what the process would entail, as well as prices, so I never felt stressed or unsure about what to expect. I was also able to get a consultation before hand to talk about options. At the same time, when I decided I’d like to go blonde, she did a fantastic job! I’m thrilled with the color of my hair and have been getting tons of complements. I could talk a lot more about my experience of being there because it was so great, but I’ll just say that this is a really lovely, adorable, special environment to get your hair done— with great people who really care about the health of your hair and about communicating well.
