"My husband and I purchased a California king mattress and pillows/bed sheets and requested for a delivery date of 9/13. On 9/13, everything arrived BUT the mattress. I called customer service three separate times over the course of 7 days and was told each time the store made a mistake in holding the order until 9/13 so the mattress didn’t even go through production until then and to expect a tracking number within 24-48 hours. A week later we still have not received the mattress or tracking information. Overall, we can’t even rate the quality of the mattress because we haven’t received it and customer service continues to gives us the run around on where the mattress is."
