"It's been a few weeks since my appointment but my nails are still looking strong! Had amazing service and attention to detail with my nails - Shout out to Sara who took care of me! Keep getting compliments on how cute my nails are! Thank you!!"
"I have been seeing BB at Queens nails for almost a year now. She is incredibly talented and is always able to do all my random ideas for nails. The technicians are very nice. I highly recommend"
"I gave this place several chances. To start, only 1-2 women are friendly. The others are rude and make you feel unwanted. I usually get dip nails and pedicure and tip $20 for a good job. I have natural nails and I don't like acrylic. They completely ruined my nails, had to put acrylic and then blamed me for their mistake! I then found someone who does a great job at dip nails but every time I tried to book her, they said she's not working. Turns out, she just didn't want to do my dip nails! I'm sorry, but never coming back. Taking my $20 tips elsewhere. Good luck with improving your customer service. It's a small town, I highly suggest you make some changes soon."
"Yesterday, I left this place crying and feeling humiliated. Kim, the manager, was extremely rude to me after I simply asked her to smooth/buff my nails that had visible scratch lines in them from her aggressive buffing. After that it was downhill as I can tell that she was rushing throughout almost every step of the manicure: messy filing, half-hearted hand massage, and incomplete paint job. When I asked for one correction on a part of the nails that noticeably wasn’t fully painted, it became blatantly obvious that she was saying mean things about me in Vietnamese because her co-workers kept looking in my direction and laughing after she spoke. Towards the end, she was standing over me while rushing to apply the top coat on my not-yet-dried nails and then quickly left to go home without saying goodbye to me or giving me any “wait to dry” instructions…I sat there thinking she was maybe taking a quick break and coming back, because I (even after my bad experience) still wanted to give her a cash tip and also needed to get a receipt. Eventually, someone told me that she left and no one else was able to give me a receipt besides Kim since she was the manager and apparently “took all the money” they said…even though they still had a few hours until closing time. I truly can’t speak to everyone who works there, but I sensed some serious “mean girl vibes” from the few employees that were laughing with her. This was not only unprofessional, but just plain unkind. Attached are photos of my nails not even 24-hours after getting them done and they’ve already started to chip on the edges and slightly bubble + line. This was regular and not gel, but even my at-home manicures last longer than this. Go spend your money elsewhere!"
