"OUTSTANDING. We ordered two oversized English roll arm chairs a couple of years ago and could not be happier -- they are the best purchase we've made for our home, hands down. I really appreciated how much patience and grace this family-run business had for my (only slightly exaggerating) millions of questions and swatch requests. Delivery went great, production time was exactly as quoted (during Covid, which made everything difficult to predict, so kudos for having such a reliable supply chain), and these are THE most comfortable pieces of upholstered furniture I've ever enjoyed. Cozy and perfect for curling up to read with a cat in my lap. Speaking of pets... The velvet the company recommended, knowing we had pets, has held up INCREDIBLY well. These chairs have shrugged off large breed dogs, many climbing cat claws, stains, and fur -- two years after purchase and they still look brand new. HOW?! They are so cozy and luxurious, I cannot recommend them enough. In fact I have recommended them -- that person (in a different part of the country) had a delivery snafu, and Cococo Home made it right. That meant a lot to me! Saving up for our next order :)"
