"Go to different location than this one. We bought a mattress here and were up-sold on a Sleepy's mattress protector that cost $120. It turned out that it way to big for the mattress. Today I attempted to return it and the sales person was incredibly rude in denying my request. My belief is that the salesperson should know the product they are selling and how it works with their other lines of product, especially when the product cannot be returned. And if said salesperson is powerless to process a return, they should be courteous to the customer and not act like an arrogant jerk."
