"I placed an online order with Masaya in March for a table, six chairs and two planters. After waiting a couple months with no update, I emailed and tried calling their customer support and was unable to get a response from either. I then tried their sales number and it turns out that’s the only way to get someone to answer the phone. Every time I was able to talk to someone the delivery date would be extended out further and further with no update to me unless I called their sales number. I continued trying the customer support number and nobody answers it. At the end of August I finally got most of the stuff delivered but they forgot 2 chairs. More delays (they said the 2 chairs would arrive in 2 weeks and of course that didn’t happen), more not answering the support number and having to call the sales number everything was finally delivered. Now that the planters have been outside for a month they’re splitting apart at various joints and don’t seem like they’ll last. Of course emailing their customer support a week ago with pictures has yielded no response. I’m so sick of dealing with them it seems like these will just be a waste of over $500 The table and chairs seem well made, I’ll give them that. Overall I get that stuff happens but the difficulty and avoidance of their customer support really burns for how much all this cost. They never sent an estimated delivery date like a normal furniture company, it really felt like I was in the dark until I called them aggressively."
