"No customer service. I placed an order over a week ago, but when I go to track the order on line it does not show up, when I emailed (4 days ago) there was no response, when I called the 866 number (3 times) there is no answer and when I call the local store there is no answer. No responses on their Chat either. I am quite concerned. Do I need to show up in person just to get someone to tell me where my order is?!"

"Although I was assured Arhaus had tremendous customer service I was just told that there is nothing that can be done about a rug I paid over $2,000 for. In less than one year the rug has wrinkles in it, all of the edges have bowed out and the material is popping out. It is one of their performance rugs and is in my dining room which has been used only a handful of times. Very disappointed to find out that there is nothing they can do."

One of the cabinets was slightly damaged, I called and they had the replacement arrive within 2 weeks. Clear communication the whole time."
