"Easy access to I-75. Both the evening and morning staffs were friendly and personable. It was very quit, too! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk-in shower was exceptional."

"Got my dad a room here for about a week while he was in town for his wife's funeral. I cannot express the gratitude I have towards the staff here for being so gentle and accommodating to him during this difficult time. The room was excellent, the facility clean but most importantly the kindness and compassion was truly appreciated. He will always have a place to stay here in town! If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend townplace!"

"After an absolutely horrendous encounter during check-in… I met with April who was at the check out in the morning. She was like a breathe of fresh air being so professional and empathetic. I thought I’d never come back but April changed my mind! So if you stay here, avoid the evening front desk and just work with April in the morning and you will be fine!"

"Evening front desk lady, Renee, did not know how to process moving rooms so she had to call someone to get help. It took forever in getting room changed then once we get to the room, the room is dirty - dishwasher is NOT run with dirty dishes and old food. So we inform her about this and she shows the nastiest attitude without any apology. Is it my fault that the room you assigned me is dirty? Why are you projecting your incompetency on your guest? You have nothing to do all shift and when you actually need to assist a customer is correcting a situation you fail miserably. This is a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for folks. This is my second stay here because my first stay was nice but it turns out it was only nice because I checked in on my app did not have to deal with the front desk. If you got rid of front desk altogether, this hotel will be much better place. I’m never coming back and I regret booking this the second time. In the end she gave me 3rd floor room and now have to deal with upstairs footsteps noise which was the reason from the very beginning for wanting to stay on the top floor. I hate this place and the staff! Really ruined my whole experience in the area!"

"5 Stars are not enough! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, their staff and their manager! April is truly a wonderful person and a kind fellow human! Without going into too much detail, we dealt with a delicate and very difficult family situation and April went far above and beyond to help us and provide a safe environment. I hope upper management recognizes the type of person and the level of not only professionalism, but also of kindness and respect that April displays every day. Next time we visit Oak Ridge, we know where our home is! Thank you again for everything April, and all the staff."
