"Got into Oak Ridge at 4 pm and checked in. No issue there. We were able n a rush because we had come into town for a funeral turned the air on and changed clothes and left the room. Got back to the room around midnight. Walked into the room with the air not working. Went to the front desk to tell them and the employee at the desk said they had no rooms available so I asked for a fan. The had a fan that had been used when dry wall was being put up but we took it anyway because it was hot. Slept fine. The next morning went to the bathroom to take a shower. There was hair all in the stall and shampoo in the tub. I put the toilet lid down and it had hair and dirt on it. Picked up a towel from the sink and a roach crawled out. Went to check out and no one came to the desk. Stood there about 15 minutes ringing the bell and nothing. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel"

"Currently, they are updating the location. We had a quick stay as we passed through on the way home. Breakfast was simple and enough to get us going. Rooms were clean and nice. Pillows were standard size on our king-size bed. We had our own, so all was good. We noticed this hotel doesn't accept local stays."

"Just want to shout out to Danielle for her excellent customer service and professionalism. I was given room 329 I believe with noisy fridge sound and a clogged toilet from another lady. The same lady also mentioned I cannot receive a receipt for my stay. Danielle was able to help me resolved both of those issues in a prompt manner without hesitation. I hardly ever wrote any review but this employee deserves some notice for her excellent customer service. This would be a 2 star of it wasn't for her."
