"Appears nice, it is not. The manager “Bre” is not easy to get in touch with and never calls back even when she says she will, the plumbing is old and awful, we had SEVERAL! Several leaks when we lived here. The residents are either elderly (which is fine and great) but the majority are unfortunately loud, nasty, rude, disorderly people. There’s much much better apartments in Oak Ridge! Don’t waste your money on an application seriously."

"I paid $40 for application and sent multiple emails to inquire about app status. Breana Rose the site manager would send minimal information or not get back to me at all. She refused to return my calls even after I left voicemails (this was before c19). I had all required information to her in record time. She's in charge of all the applications! She's either lazy or she's a crook! Maybe both. Thank God my wife and I never moved in."
