Jiffy Lube

"I go here a lot for oil changes. This is one of few jiffy lubes I truly trust. Everyone I have met that works at this location. Super polite even when you can tell they have had a long day. Also very knowledgeable about both cars I bring. I get it they are just doing oil changes but some of the guys that work here are Legitimate mechanics for what ever reason they work at jiffy lube. Never had a problem at this location, completely trust this location, unlike some of the other locations I have been too."

"I was very disappointed with the service here. First off their system was down so the man couldn't find me in the system. Luckily I had the receipt from the last time I went to jiffy lube and offered it to him but he refused to take it and began asked me all the same information that was on the receipt. Like how to spell my address and my name. What was the making model of the car. Sir you could have got all this information from the receipt because I keep pointing to it to show you. Then they finally had me to pull forward which I also hate because I'm afraid that I might angle the car the wrong way and crush the poor worker below. At any rate they change my oil and put air in my tires. I'm assuming they did all the other things that they say they are supposed to do too. But what really irritated me was I saw them cleaning the windows of car in front of me. Yet they didn't clean mine or the car next to me. I'm used to going to Jiffy Lube letting them pull the car onto the bay and waiting in the waiting room while they wipe off the windshield and vacuum the car but I guess I was asking too much from this location."

He’s been very helpful by giving valuable tips regarding the proper maintenance of my car. I will defintely go back and patronize your services."

"This place is great. Kind of hidden. I drove around the building before I found the entrance. But well worth the hunt. I’m the only customer at 5p on Saturday. They got me right in and went over the whole car to let me know what was needed. They did my oil change, changed my oil drain plug because it’s been leaking, and changed my headlight. Jaime and the guys were so helpful. I’ll def be back!"
