"Very disappointed in the store in Germantown I purchased 2 candles on 9/9 and decided to light the candles this week and both candles would light and would not stay liteI for more than 2-5 minutes and go out I have always purchased my candles from this store as well as other items, went to return the defect candles to the store with receipt just wanted them to do the right thing and replace the defect candles they sold me was told that they have a All Sales Are Final policy, but you sold me a defect product that I can’t use so I was told it’s nothing they can do the manager said she will take pics and send it to corporate and give me a call will NEVER purchase anything from this store again how do you get away with this sale defect and tell a customer that you can’t replace it Horrible!!!!!! Do Not Purchase From This Store!!!!! or any of there stores."
