"You know what as a woman, retail therapy it’s just a thing we do even if we don’t need anything lol. The reason for my 3 stars is that it’s one thing to be on your phone at work, not engaging with customers cool but to be on your phone loud & cussing, b-word this & that. As a former retail manager, that just isn’t okay and as a human being you knew it wasn’t okay b/c you kept looking for reactions of others around you including myself. It’s distasteful. Customers come to this establishment & preferably this location to enjoy themselves. Not to have to hear what’s going on in your personal life. It was distasteful & Im pretty sure you know exactly who you are, Thursday 9/20, restocking the baby section that evening. It was offensive & you need to do better. Please don’t say anything about “this may be the wrong location” that’s a lie. I doubled checked just to make a review for this particular location. Get it together sweetie."

"Horrible customer service by Ms Amara, Instead of helping the customers she was using her condescending tone to repeat the same instructions over and over. Manager was trying to help with a genuine interest to resolve an issue that was created at the checkout by one of their staff member. Please be aware of your shopping and please pay attention at checkouts to make sure they do their job right, Because they are NOT. They charge wrong charges."
