"Would not recommend! We drove over an hour to get our 4D ultrasound. We and been told this was Great place definitely was not the case. As we got stuck in Nashville traffic I tried to call and tell them we were going to be late, and no one answered. I called a few mins later because we could not find the place, and still no answer. I even tried texting them and nothing. When we finally found the place after we had to park at the hospital and walk to this place the lady was just sitting there and told us she couldn’t take us and that she had back to back appointments and she was sorry no one answered. Y’all didn’t seem busy why didn’t you answer. They didn’t have any other openings that day or till the next week. My husband and I are very disappointed after having to wake up early and drive an hour for nothing we had been so exited. After we left we walked all the way to our car and tried calling them again to see if they would answer knowing that we only and just left and still they did not answer. I will be very upset if they charge me for this appointment. Since we had tired to call many times to tell them we where on our way."

"Nashville 4D Baby was excellent for our gender discovery! I was able to conveniently book an appointment online and the building was easy to find and park. The office was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and luxurious. You can tell they really put an effort into providing a beautiful space to see your little one. The ultrasound room was spacious with a great big screen for easy viewing. I was so comfortable and they had a big comfortable sectional where family and friends can relax while observing. I was really relieved because I'm actually quite nervous with anything medical and being here didn't make me feel scared at all. Jenny did my imaging and she was incredible. She was so kind and friendly and put my mind immediately at ease. I have some pretty bad diastis recti so abdominal ultrasounds can be quite painful for me and she was so gentle I didn't have any issues during or after like I have in the past with other places. She was skilled at finding all the right shots and immediately and with ease was able to locate our babies gender! She was also very sweet and accommodating to my 4 year old daughter and husband. I can't say enough positive things about Miss Jenny. We will absolutely be returning some time closer to our sons due date to get some pictures and videos of his sweet face. Highly recommend booking your ultrasound with Nashville 4D Ultrasound!"

"Had a great appointment, but we weren’t able to open any of our pictures and when I asked about it, I was told that they would be sent again, but I didn’t receive them. I also was hoping to have the video set to music like it said in the package description, but there wasn’t any music. Really hoping we can get these issues resolved or I’ll have to ask for a refund. UPDATE Received all pictures and corrected video the next morning. Thank you for the quick response!!"
