"HORRIBLE! I was mislead, threatened and not considered as an individual with an individual circumstance. While the technician and procedure were very fine, the check in and billing was a mess. I continue to be not responded to via letter, email or phone call and now am managing a collection agency for a procedure I paid in full, up front. Apparently that is not a common situation and Premier Radiology is unable to manage any patient that prefers to pay without insurance. Like anything, it's in the details. A lot of places can do an MRI. In the end, it's the capability of the process, not the radiology tech that will make or break your experience. Premier Radiology's process is sad. My experience was (and still is) broken!"

"It would be nice if St Thomas had a functional phone system and/or attendants who gave a flying SHITZ about helping someone calling in. The four attendants I spoke with neither cared or offered any help. Freaking ridiculous."

"Was sent here after my Dr.'s appointment across the hall. The older Africa American women that was at the desk was the most rude person I have ever met. She would not answer any questions and when I did ask her something she would just shake her head, I am hard of hearing and ask her to speak up and she rolled her eyes at me. This is totally uncalled for. They are there to provide a service to customers not give them a attitude. I will now have to contact my Dr. and explain to him why I didn't get my lung CT scan do what she wants without Premier Radiology doing anything to her. It's just a shame that you cannot get what you need for your health without being disrespected. I guess I will have to go to the other one in Nashville. Last time I was there they were great. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE AT ST.THOMAS WEST room 220"

"Very rude receptionist, staffing could definitely better at remembering everyone is a person and you don’t know their struggles so quit trying to over speak and listen. Waited three hours for them to not be able to get insurance correct. When I offered to contact, was met with rudeness, attitude and mouthy, body language that showed rudeness. I will not ever go back to this facility. Brook was the receptionist and in fact had to be told to stop at one point. At the end she just said I am going to get up and leave before I say something....really, because your mouth has been going to the whole time. Once we left the facility and could call out. We were able to contact insurance and have rescheduled the procedure with a more friendlier facility. Your first point of contact should be to help and not demean the customers. This problem could of been resolved much easier if they would of listened and allowed the people that needed to talk to each other talk."
