"I don’t think I’ve ever been met with such terrible service. Buying a couch shouldn’t make you feel like you’re purchasing a car. Our first red flag— the entire stock room smelled of weed. They told us the set we bought was the “last one”. We spent HOURS at this store waiting for them to load up our couches, only for them to load the wrong ones which we had to then help them unload and AGAIN wait for the correct ones to be loaded. After all was said and done, the manager had an attitude with us. These people need to take a lesson in customer service. Needless to say, after spending a few grand you wont see me buying them ever again."

"I bought a house full of furniture and they messed my order up big time …. Keep in mind I ordered from the great American home store 3 times, we buy houses and furnish them this last time I chose room to go terrible experience ….. we moved to Dallas so I only came down to renovate and furnish my property two weeks turned into a month and they still didn’t fix everything …..they delivered the wrong table wrong head board dropped off my table didn’t put it together …. I called and spoke with the manager he didn’t fix the problem I’m like dude your a manager I spoke with another manager she worked on it for two days never called back…. One of the reasons I moved from that area customer service is trash trash trash …… don’t buy from them they are terrible and I still have furniture in my shed I didn’t order still in boxes smh nightmare"

"Went there to check it out. Salesman Robert Juitt very friendly and informative. Explained the pricing structure of the cards in the various “rooms.” Obviously he wanted a sale but was not pushy about it. He understood our comments about the remodeling of our house and that therefore we would need to be a “be back” as far as tonight was concerned. Very wide selection available and we believe we have settled on a room package, subject to us verifying measurements at our home. Great experience so far. I am sure there were other excellent workers there, but we absolutely will seek out Robert upon our return."

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US AND WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT FOR THE DIFFERENCE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DISPUTING THE CHARGES.. WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM SINCE NOVEMBER. BARBARA THE MANAGER AND EVERETT OUR SALESMAN ARE NO HELP WITH RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!"

"Service at this location is horrific. I came to this location on two occasions a week apart because I assumed the first time they were busy. No one greeted me but other individuals were being helped. I walked around to see if someone would approach me and ask if I needed anything and I did not. They had employees gathered at a table at the font of the location doing absolutely nothing but visiting and scolling through their phones and still they could not assist. This is poor customer service all around . I ordered my furniture offline and gave NO ONE at this location my commission because not one person deserved it."
