"Such a hidden gem in Memphis. I come every time I visit my parents and it seems to keep getting better! They even opened a second store around the corner. I've gotten amazing deals at both locations now, on new designs and things that would easily cost me double had I bought them elsewhere. The staff is super helpful and great at fixing anything on the floor that needs some love. They wired lights for me as well with a 2 day turnaround time. This shop is honestly one of my favorite places to visit in the world!"

"Very difficult to work with. Prices are ridiculous for damaged items. Purchase two matching dressers but when it was loaded into my truck, and brought home, the pieces were two different sizes. They were unwilling to help exchange for the correct size and they refused to pick them up. they weighed 200 lbs each. Customer service was terrible after they made the mistake. Save the hassle and go shop at CB2 online. same stuff but much cheaper and better customer service after the sale."
