"This is the worst "so call" auto repair shop in town. The establishment is dirty, bad neighborhood, & the workers there treated me like was an inconvenience to them, instead of a customer. They were nice when I was telling them about my car but as soon as I paid them I had to call them back because I noticed my car was driving worst than before I brought it there. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me, I can't help you now!" I said, "excuse me". When I tried to explain about my car he brushed me off & went outside talking on his cellphone laughing & ignoring me waiting to speak with him. He then told me, "I can't help you anymore" & he said it in a very rude sarcastic way. I would not recommend this place to Satan. Many of my coworkers told me not to go there because the place is ran shabby; and the father who passed ran it even worst than that. I feel like a fool trying to go somewhere that I thought would fix my car at a cheaper price. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Never again will I go there. They make short cuts when fixing your car and are very dishonest thinking that customers are fools."

"Worst body shop in Memphis. Took a month & a half to fix my front end. My front bumper was not properly reattached to my car, now it shakes and squeaks as I drive. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN."
