"Horrible experience came here to try to get my stock Honda S 2000 smog and the guy plugged it in and did his thing for a quick minute just to tell me he doesn’t want to risk running it on his machines fear of new California law that it might not pass and lower his rating so I’m giving him a horrible review waste of my time in the heat. I almost forgot how he wanted to extort extra money out of me to try and run it. I didn’t want a dirty smog so I left"

"I'm a long time customer. Owner does a detailed inspection and takes measurements to ensure auto meets CA requirements. Time and cost taken are reasonable for the tasks at hand."

"I really want to rate no star. This place is very horrible that I have ever been in my life. They just want to have your money in their hand and do not care whether your car is pass or fail. They charged me $58 for the smoke check, and told me to come back after fixing the car. Make sure to ask them the cost and verify it first before signing to the invoice due to they try to steal your wallet as much as they can. I will never come this place again."

"The one guy wearing sandals and business attire doing the smog test seemed very nice. But that was just fake to get me in there for business. Then they didnt explain anything. Then you pay whether you pass or not. After it fails then they tell you "you have another free retest" come back then". My 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee didnt pass but I had to pay. Then once I got the paperwork back they just told me "show to mechanic". They didnt even know what they were doing. Very bad customer service. One guy who was wearing a mechanics suit wasnt even doing the smog. He was sitting behind a desk. I'll go back to this horrible place just because I already paid. But never again will I take my vehicles here."
