"What a supremely sublime experience. From the moment you enter the space and remove your shoes in favor of their spa sandals (very comfortable) you are awash in gentle relaxing energy. I've never been to a spa where the energy was this perfect. I was greeted warmly and as a new client had the classic paperwork to fill out. The front desk provided me a heavenly cup of tea while I did the paperwork. My therapist was Sarah, immediately her energy was bright and welcoming. I knew I was in good hands (very literally) I got a 90 minute massage called "the works" I highly recommend it. Sarah applied a local full spectrum CBD, used hot stones seamlessly in her swedish massage. I floated in Nirvana for the entire service. Her pressure was perfect and her point work extremely intuitive. 100/100 I highly recommend the location and Sarah herself. Possibly the best experience I've ever had at a spa. And I've been a massage therapist for 13 years."

"My birthday gift this year was The queen for a day package. I had an amazing day and was pampered throughout the day but several different staff members. The massage was one of the best I've ever had. My facial was relaxing and super informative. The staff went above and beyond and were all very friendly and welcoming. My only feedback is please get bigger robes and have treatment person come to sauna to get guest. I felt like I couldn't fully relax in sauna because I had to keep checking clock to not miss next treatment. Other then those two things I highly recommend this spa."

"I've neglected getting body works here in Northern California for about two years, after 5 really poor experiences that left me feeling that my money was better spent in other ways. I took a chance with Stephanie and almost did not schedule because I was afraid I would be let down. I was surprised by how the place was set up. It was well thought out. I felt cared for. It felt intimate and the body work/massage was individually executed. I enjoyed my time and how I felt through the whole process. I will use the service again, hopefully many more times, financial stability willing... huge smile! I am thankful for the service!"

"This was my second time being treated at Essential Elements Spa. The first time I got a prenatal massage (which was wonderful) and wanted to test out the vibe and professionalism before I booked a larger spa package. I was so happy after my initial visit that my husband booked me the Queen for a Day Package. When I arrived for my spa day, the waiting room was bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming with some soothing and fun music playing. Then out came Cooper, the cute mascot of the spa. He is very mellow, if you’re a dog person you’ll love seeing this guy around! Stephanie, (the owner) walked me through how to operate the high-tech dry sauna, paying special attention to the temperature as I am 7 months pregnant. She also showed me how to operate the Vichy rain shower, and left me to start unwinding. The sauna was great, I prayed and stretched and loosened up. Then came the sugar scrub and dry rub which felt so nice and exfoliating, then I rinsed that off in the Vichy shower which is super relaxing. The organic shampoo conditioner and body wash smells so good! After this began my prenatal massage. Stephanie was so kind, knowledgeable, and gave a great massage! She was so gentle when needed and firm in the spots I had mentioned needed more attention. It was amazing! After this came my facial. Yvonne was extremely knowledgeable, talented and super nice as well. She gave me multiple suggestions and explained what she was doing with each procedure. She was trained by doctors, so she’s very professional. All in all, I loved every moment of this day!! Such a wonderful treat I booked another package. Best spa in Humboldt!"
