"Under 35? Do NOT come here! I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a casino. My brother (age 27) and I (age 30) were interrogated at the door after showing our license, as if we had fake ID’s. Within 30 minutes we were ID’d several more times. The tipping point was when it happened 4 additional times at a single black jack table when the dealers shuffled. I understand they want to keep underage individuals out, but they can do that without harassing younger people at their casino. Seriously felt like agism. Not EVER coming back."

"I love going to Fitz, it's my favorite casino. The atmosphere is so wonderful. They have great food, a great variety of slots & table games, great entertainment. The casino is clean & well kept; I will be going back as soon as I can."

"FZ101433785 We booked a room 2/10/23. We are and was very disappointed. The room was full of lady bugs dead and alive. There was hair and sequins all over the floor and in the tub. There was no coffee maker or refrigerator. The courtesy items were just thrown on the bathroom vanity. I also reserved a smoking room and was given a non smoking room and was not told it was not smoking, until I noticed the non smoking signs on the door and went and asked about it. Also, we paid full price for a room ($150) that was not worth the money in my opinion. We will not recommend or return to this hotel. The Sneaker Ball you all hosted was great!"

"I was just there on Feb 3, 24. There was a rat running through my room. And while they acted swiftly, there was zero mention if any type of compensation so the trouble. I was gonna say the food was good but now I'm questioning if the kitchen is rat infested as well. There was another person I know of that found a rat under their bed while I was there. Also, the pool water was so cloudy that i was scared to get in it. Horrible!!!!! I di not recommend and they will NEVER get any more of my money!!!!!!!!!! Don't go unless you're rats"

"The first room they gave me had no heat, the people that was there the night before had the same problem, they moved them. They could not fix it, so they decided to give it to me the next night. They moved us to another room. Neither room had a microwave. There was a girl at the front desk that changed her wig every day that we was there was really rude to us . I really think it was because we were white. Just about the whole time we were there , there was an alarm going off from a maintenance closet right outside of my room. No lamp on the desk in either room. I had a little work to do before I could have fun . But couldn't see to do my work. The slot machines are so tight there, you money goes quick, not even any playing time just takes your money as fast as it can. Not a very good experience. I'm sorry, I have to recommend southland. More fun. Sorry Fitz, of yall want more people to come your gonna have to give a little. Some people travel a long way to come there and if they don't have a good experience they will go somewhere else next time. Life is short."
