"Place is amazing. Room was clean, bed mattress was excellent. Staff is too friendly and helpful. Indoor property so we felt safe at night. Lobby area is huge. They also have vending machine and snacks shop at front desk."

"The room was not clean, but the bathroom was worse. There were hairs all over the floor and the tub. The mirror was dirty. There was underwear under a bed. The fridge was not clean. Generally not a great experience."

"We stayed at this hotel last night, and it is absolutely disgusting. We have pictures and videos of the dirty room that we stayed in which had a used Band-Aid in the shower and Kroger bags as the trash can liners. The ceiling had dust bunnies hanging from it, and the floor was so filthy it turned our socks almost black in under 5 minutes (see before and after picture of socks). The only reason we stayed is we had been driving for over 12 hours, were absolutely exhausted, and didn’t have the energy to reload everything into our vehicle and start over. We checked in at 3 AM and were gone by 10 AM. We couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. I called and spoke with the manager to demand a refund, and he kept talking over me and told me he WOULD NOT refund the room charge. I asked to speak with the owner of this particular location, and was told he lives out of the country. I asked for the phone number to reach the owner and was informed by the manager that he did not have his phone number. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I don’t know who gave this hotel high marks, but it’s the reason we chose it over the other hotels in the area and it is not even close to a 3.8 / 5 rating. I will be posting this information - along with PHOTOS and VIDEOS here as well as on TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google and EVERY SINGLE website related to ALL hotel searches. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. In addition, I will be posting this information on my Facebook, Insta, X (formerly twitter) etc and have my contacts repost and their contacts repost until everyone is aware of the filth of this American Inn and Suites location. If this review is taken down, I will continue to re-post it every single day multiple times a day if necessary. Pictures and videos to come. I would give this hotel a rating if zero if I could. #disgusted"

"Absolutely disgusting! The sheets and bed were filthy and uncomfortable, front desk said there wasn’t breakfast in the morning. The area was trashy, I was paranoid to go to bed because of my car, I’m glad I didn’t get broken into. The only thing missing were the cockroaches, I’m sure they were all staring at me in the room when I turned off the lights. I will never stay here again! Not worth the $82 after taxes for this subpar trash hotel. Completely unacceptable!! Sleep in your car instead of here!!"
