"They told me at my local store that what I paid online was only to reserve my items. That I wouldn’t get the stuff until I made 1st month worth of payments! RCA is a joke. That wasn’t what the add online said! I just went to another company"

"They need new management ASAP….she’s rude and very unprofessional doesnt have anything in order..the washer I leased has broken 3/4 wks ago..she still hasn’t it replaced..so I cut my lease and told them to come get it..they just now on their way to get it..I will never return back to RAC long as she is in charge..VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"The process was fine up until scheduling delivery. I scheduled the delivery but it never showed. So I waited one more day, and still nothing. I then call up at the RAC here to inquire about my delivery and I'm told the items won't be delivered until I come on-site and provide proof of income and identification. Why wasn't this information given to me? Better yet, why isn't this process included in the leasing process. RAC could have a section to upload those documents so when you go to schedule the delivery you don't have to find out 3 days later when you don't get your items that you need to come inside the store to provide that information. If I knee it was this much of a hassle I would've went with someone else honestly."

"I've been doing business with this store since 2019. I have had nothing but positive experiences especially when covid hit and catching covid. Ms.D the store manager does a amazing job looking out for her customers. That entire group does not get enough credit for the hard work they do."
