"Easy check in and check out. Clean and quite. Friendly staff. They asked multiple times if we needed anything and if everything was good. We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Only complaint would be a couple bedrooms didn't have TVs. Other than that I highly recommend this place. A++"
"Loved this downtown apartment for our short stay in Jonesboro. The place itself was perfect-nicely but simply decorated, had everything that we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine soap. It was perfect for our little family (an adult couple and dog). I told my husband, "They had me with the pocket door." We walked each night to the main streets (restaurants and cute downtown buildings) were only two blocks away. The coffee shop on site was also very nice and convenient when we just wanted to take breakfast back upstairs to our place. We also got to meet the host for a nice chat while we were getting our coffee and bagels. We booked only about twenty minutes before we arrived, but the check in was very easy and well thought out. The hosts pay lots of attention to detail and put great thought and care into their properties."
"I hate to write poor reviews but after multiple issues my husband and I decided to share our experience. I’m just going to list everything separately. 1. Check-in: It was moderately inconvenient that every piece of instruction was written in long paragraph form. Also, we were traveling with limited internet access the day of our arrival and did not anticipate needing internet to check in. When I asked if they could simply text direct instructions since we didn’t have internet to do the online registration, they stated they could not. This was anxiety inducing for us. 2. Obviously you need a key to enter your room but there was no security measures for entering the building at all. Given some of the surrounding area seemed *less than safe* this made us feel uneasy. 3. The bed was EXTREMELY firm. It was so uncomfortable my husband had back pain for multiple days following. We actually didn’t even sleep in the room the last night of our stay because it was so uncomfortable. 4. One of our lamps was half out and stained with something unpleasant to look at. 5. The AC unit in the room was loud/squealing. 6. Our fan did not function. 7. Our TVs worked 50% of the time. 8. The walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING from people walking/talking at a normal volume level in other rooms. 9. Part of the complimentary breakfast we ordered for the road was not given to us. We didn’t realize until we were on the road. I should note we did not share any of these things at the time because we tried to overlook it. However, recently we had yet another issue that led us to share our experience. We were overcharged over $60 on our card. I called to share this information and they offered a refund of about $1 less than the amount we were overcharged. I accepted since I did not feel like fighting for $1. Pros: they texted a few times to check in. They allowed late check out for no additional cost. The room was clean minus the stained lamp. The owner seemed friendly at the coffee shop and made drinks for us that were not on the menu. They were quick to process the refund they offered but part of that refund originally showed as processing in my bank and now is no longer there. I called and they said to give it a few days so we will see what happens."
"Room very cute and interesting in design. Shower spotless. Employees friendly and helpful. Part of group golf equally cute and high-quality locations within walking distance (a bar, cafe, and event center), which was helpful because I was staying there due to my car breaking down"
"This was the perfect place for our visit! We wanted something with 3 bedrooms, and everyone having their own bath was a bonus. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was just what we needed. We could walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive, too. Great rental, and I would definitely stay here again!"
