"Horrible service. They charge $30 more than smog shops in the area. They pick and choose what cars they want to smog so you don't lower their "stats" or "points". I brought a honda accord 100% stock with no check engine lights and they refues to smog it."

"$78 total for certification and all.. Very knowledgeable. Ask for Tom. I have a 97' GMC truck with 293K miles. Gave great advice to why I should actually drive the truck at least once a week for 25 min on freeway. at operating temperatures . If you've got time, you also get a free History, cultural lesson and whatever else he wants to talk about that day."

"Fast service, pretty good price, and the owner is fun to talk to. I've been coming here since calipornia demanded I go to a test only station, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He also checked my tires and fluids, which isn't even a requirement. Just icing on the cake."

"been taking my cars here for years and he's always been helpful. i have never felt like he scammed me or tried to take advantage of me or anyone else i've sent his way. in fact when i was in last week for my smog he explained tire pressure to me since my tires had been over inflated. now i can use these tips going forward on every car i drive. thanks for the continued wonderful service!"

"I'm not sure what that first post was about, but I've been going to Bay Smog for several years with different cars, and have had no problems. The owner's wife is going through medical problems, but the service of the business/shop is professional. He likes to chat about current events while you're waiting, but nothing offensive. The cost is normally $78, and he files the paperwork in a timely manner. It is in a convenient location, and there is rarely a wait."
