"Staff kind but need telephone support. Need update inventory usage and available. Lack of this had to physically visit 3 stores/cities due to lack of stock accuracy. System showed in stock when wasn't. Very stressful and time consuming during urgent jobs replacing my radiator. Vehicle down due to time lost chasing inaccurate information but Staff emphatic. All stores showed have an direct line to all branches instead of holding 10 minutes like average consumers."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to Auto Zone in Hayward to buy a certain size wrench. NO ONE in the store bothered to ask if I needed help (and there were 4 men standing there doing nothing). I finally asked one of them who was wandering around if he could tell me where the tools are. He told me his name was Christian when I asked him his name. He said over there and waved his hand while walking away. I followed him and asked what “over there” is and he said as he walked away “on 4”. I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I tried to get someone to help me and I was totally ignored. An employee had just walked in and helped me (that is why I am giving one star on this review). The other employees were playing their music so LOUD that I tried to talk to them and they couldn’t hear me. The staff seemed to not care what customers need and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! Anyone I know will be directed to O’Reillys across the street. I have shopped there and every experience was pleasant and professional. I only went to Auto Zone because it is a new store and I thought I would give them try."

"Whent shopping today! 10/27/23 I'm a usual customer at this store Today there were a couple of teen african Americans at the register with a hostile attitude They refused to give a professional service And started arguing because they are not used to treating customers with respect Be careful with this guys Is the first time I see them there They say they are used to treating people disrespectful because they are from Baltimore That is wath they were yelling! I wander who in their right mind will employ people that don't respect their customers"

"store hours online and in the window say they close at 10pm. i and multiple other customers got there at 9:45 and they had the doors locked and were already in the process of closing the store. i had a paid pick up and they wouldn’t even bring my things out to me. the manager wouldn’t even look me or anyone in the eyes or give a explanation as to why they were closing early to begin with. very disappointing! i live 40 minutes away and had to drive to this specific autozone because it was the only one with the parts available. terrible customer service! every employee was laughing and being extremely rude except what seemed to be the youngest one in there. there are plenty of autozones in the area, shut this one down :)"

"If you can see the time stamped on the photo, you can clearly see it's at least 15 minutes before 10:00 and they have the doors locked and are ignoring me.. Im a regular customer here and two people are clearly enough because sometimes there's only two people up front during the busiest days.. there's no reason to be closing early other than technical problems. This is not the first time either.."
