"Called front desk to check availability couple of times (2-3 months) i was always informed no availability and they don't bother to allow any new bees to in line/queue or wait list. Looks like there is no transparency! Better to check other day care. I was expecting at least they allow to be in queue to join. I'm disappointed"
"Before the door even shut behind me this morning, I was told that my son could not be there due to his mother, an employee, not being there due to a death in the family and she attended the funeral. I was scheduled numerous interviews for jobs that I can now no longer attend. If I'm paying money, I would assume that the services are expected to be rendered without issues like this happening. This is unprofessional to say the least and my son will not be returning to your daycare. To be verbally attacked and yelled at in front of my child and other children, who might I also add that Ela said there were no children in the building when she was yelling at me from down the hallway. I will be filing a report with the BBB and taking further actions necessar . Thank you for showing your true colors. I also want to add, that yes, I did get a little hot headed as well after being verbally attacked and refused services for no reason except that my wife wasnt working that day. But when it comes to my children and my education and you verbally attack me in front of them, do not expect me to not stand my ground, as I hope ANY parent would do."
"All about the evil mighty dollar. Untrained staff only their for a paycheck.rundown play equipment outside. Cross contamination continues. Whoever owns this place is here to pad her pockets and not to be a blessing to parents.. check your cameras for the day a dark haired employee dragged a 2 yr old about 6 ft to make him get up and she saw my daughter watching her ,who works across the street and she let go. It was in sept. This place is so expensive. The money must be going into her style of living instead of providing the best care for the children. Parents...Pray for the perfect childcare if your searching. My daughter called and was spoken to like the money was priority not the care and what to expect. I wish I was financially able to open the perfect childcare. The children would be so happy they would be disappointed to leave. That's when you know you have the perfect care for your child. God bless all of you who are searching."
"Upon leaving the preschool charged me a full entire week for 1 day on Halloween when I even bought all the kids candy. They also threatened to put me in collections. Charging 1 week for 1/2 day actually is pretty unethical and terrible customer service!!! Do the right thing, not line your pockets and charge someone when their child wasnt there all week!!!! PISSED OFF CUSTOMER NEVER COMING BACK."
"!!!BAD REVIEW!!! I witnessed caregivers changing diapers without following proper sanitary protocol, hand washing neither before nor after. I witnessed a toddler being knocked down by a backdoor leading to the outdoor playground resulting in his head hitting the pavement and his shoe being caught under the door while he laid flat on the ground. Furthermore while his foot was jammed under the door the caregiver yanked the door shut and proceeded to tend to his foot. After I informed the director of the incident and expressing the dangers of the children playing near the door, she was very dismissive saying that the caregivers watch the children. Obviously not. I simply suggested putting a sign on the door reading OPEN SLOWLY, CHILDREN AT PLAY. So people will not open the door with so much force to knock over a child… nothing was done. After only 2 week of having my son enrolled at Mt. Juliet Christian Childcare, he was home sick for a week with Strep Throat and Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. I had to pay for the week he was sick plus an additional 2 weeks that my son did not attend due to the hostility I received when I gave my 2 week notice of withdrawing him from the center."
