"Really disappointed in the availability of appropriate care. We went in wondering if our son has the flu. They DO NOT do rapid flu swabs. So if he is positive, we will be outside the window for tamiflu."

"I highly recommend you find another place for care for your child. This place lacks any sort of sympathy for you and your sick child. You show up hours before they are closed but they turn you away because “they close in 3 hours”. On many occasions, the staff has been utterly rude and inconsiderate. You deserve better. I recommend finding alternate options than anything related to Vanderbilt."

"I walked into the clinic and i was met by the front lady. Right off the bat she was very rude, kept asking me questions i’ve never been asked before. I know that i’m a foreigner and i have a slight accent but i speak fluent english and have lived here for over 15 years. So the way she was asking me these questions made it seems as if i was uneducated and didn’t know how anything worked.An example is i informed her of my address and she asked for my ID asking if the address in my ID is going to match the address I informed her. I started to get frustrated as no one has ever asked me these irrelevant questions as she asked me. I ended up telling her to just cancel my check in and she raised her voice and yelled at me and said “Okay okay go have a great day” in such a sarcastic way. Overall that lady was extremely rude and racist and i will not be going to that clinic and i don’t recommend this clinic to anyone until they know how to train their people."

"I made the appointment online and it was seamless. I got there checked in through the kiosk and before I could get done I was being called to the back. I LOVE HOW PUNCTUAL the staff was. BUT AND HOWEVER!!! my daughter got her nose suctioned by the nurse with purple hair that is cut in a bob. And she suctioned my child nostrils first and mouth second without sanitizing the tool before putting the tool in her mouth. It all happened sooo fast that I could barely speak. Once she was done I asked her about it and she said “it’s all connected” that is gross! She basically just made my daughter eat boogers. I’m almost sure that is not how that process goes… and if it is please change it because I’m sure you wouldn’t want to eat boogers"

"Be extremely careful with your belongings, they will steal from you. After being the last ones out of the clinic with a screaming six week old, I realized I had left my phone on the chair in the patient room when getting my fussy baby out the door. The next morning, I called, and even though they said they clean the rooms immediately after a patient leaves they hadn't seen it, which was odd because I am absolutely certain they would have seen it sitting on the chair. I called and went up there for a week straight and no one had seen my old worthless iPhone 8 Plus, and they were even rude when I continued to ask about it. I finally gave up and let go of the fact that some of my baby's first ever photos and videos were gone forever because someone wanted to make $40. They were fine otherwise, but I am extremely disappointed and distrustful of this location."
