"This place has really changed a lot, I have always gone to get my medicines here, but the so-called doctor at the pharmacy makes me wait up to two hours to give me the medicines and acts as if he doesn't understand when I tell him my name, I understand that my English is not perfect, but I show him my cell phone and he doesn't understand either, the first time it happened he decided to ignore it, today I went with a person who speaks English to help me, but as soon as the man saw my ID he told my boyfriend that we had to wait longer"
"Pharmacy picked up the phone right away and was very helpful unlike Walgreens. Great customer experience which is very hard to find these days."
"-☆ Would be my official rating. They have 2 compotent, professional employees. The manager on days and the actual pharmacist at night. I've been given the wrong medication, the wrong dosage medication 3 times, and 6 days of medication, but it was entered in as month's supply. I was told they couldn't change it by the weekend pharmacist, and because of that, I had no refills left, so I would have to call the doctor and get another script. I had 2 refills left. I was outright lied to 3 times. The ladies there are rude and condescending. I was told, " If you keep getting the wrong medication, you need to check it before you leave the drive thru." Seriously? With all negative reviews, I'm going to look for another pharmacy."
"I'm not sure who needs to hear this but I'm not the cause of your bad day so please don't put that negative energy out on me. You applied to do this job, which can be a lot at times. I see how chaotic it can be...I mean from limited staff, locked computers screens, among other things I that have noticed while patiently standing in line. If you aren't happy find another way to release those negative vibes or use you vacation/sick time wisely. Because if it was you on the receiving end you would not appreciate it...at all. Just do better."
"If I can give them 0, trust me, I would! They lost my prescription. My clinic called them in the morning for refilling my prescription. Just in case, I still went there to turn in the hard copy (Please take a picture next time, I shouldn't have trusted them). One guy said my medications should be ready around noon. When I came back at 6:00, none of my medications are ready. And they told me according to the system, I need to have my doctor's prescription. I told them I ALREADY turned in this morning. Unluckily, they couldn't find my prescription. I came to CVS to pick up my medication for high blood pressure, I never expect it will worsen my symptom............."
