"Do NOT under ANY circumstances bring your child here. They are extremely unprofessional and the place is absolutely disgusting. The teachers are rude to the children to the point of calling them inappropriate names and being more childish than the children. One student couldn't speak English very well and the teacher told her to go back to where she came from. They do not supervise the children at all and have children that are way too old around the younger children. One boy got sick on his clothes and they put him in clothes for a much younger girl. I'm honestly surprised this place hasn't been shut down as either a health code violation or as an unsafe place for children. There are way better, cleaner, safer, and professional daycares in the area. Don't waste your money or traumatize your child by sending them here."

"This place is seriously lacking standards! My daughter was injured and no report was ever made and to make matters worse none of the staff has a clue of what happened. There supposedly an investigation but yet to hear anything. Then she went to a new teacher Mrs Candace and I asked about pictures for an update due to no cameras and she looked completely clueless when the last teacher always provided updates putting my mind at ease with the no cameras. The last teachers were amazing! I wish they could have made it over to the toddler room.Mrs. Tansi and Mrs. Stephanie are the A+ team. These two have set the bar for excellent care. Never had an issue with them. I will be looking for a new daycare and will be filing a complaint to the state soon...."

"My child has attended this location for 2 years and at first it was Bartlett Childcare Center and some how it was switched to Rainbow Childcare Center. At first this Daycare was fine but as my child got older it got much worse. My experience over the past year, with this location has been nothing short of horrible. I am constantly having to take off work because of situations happening at this daycare....my child has gottin hurt with no explanation as to how it happen, my child has contracted Hands feet and mouth Disease from this establishment and now he's being sent home for 24 hours for diarrhea, witch I think is a lie base on the clothes they sent home afterwards. AND THIS IS ONLY A (FEW) SITUATIONS WE HAVE HAD! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed."

"I wonder about some of these reviews because I have had such a great experience with this daycare. My baby has been there since she was 8weeks old and has been treated with nothing more than love and kindness. She has learned so much from this school and has turned out to be a pretty smart 2year old. anytime something happens to my LO I am called immediately. The teachers are friendly and the owner is even friendlier. If a complaint is given it always seems to be handled and corrected quickly. I wonder if these negative comments are those of parents who like to argue because everyone at this daycare seem so nice and welcoming, but who am I to judge their experience. I just wanted to do a review because Indid not see it fair to see these negative comments. Most of time people only see the negative comments and not the positive because just do not review their good experiences. This daycare works great with kids and honestly seems to be cheaper than most places. I HIGHlY RECOMMEND BARTLETT CHILDCARE as a place to send your LO to daycare."

"Everything before 3 year old is fine. During time in the 4 year old class I witnessed teachers being mean to children. More like military style teaching. The director will believe the staff over the parents on everything. I have been told about her own grandson getting pinched and witnessed the treatment of him. It was brought to her attention but she doesn't believe it. If you do attend make sure you do pop ins. The kids are scared. I have witnessed her making children cry and so I withdrew my kids it became too much."
