"I have three sons who attend Playcare. They have been going for 4 years. My youngest was 4 months old when he started. The staff has been amazing throughout the whole journey. My kids ASK TO GO TO DAYCARE and get upset when they don't make it. They love them, feed them, nurture them (and me lol) and I wouldn't want my kids anywhere else."
"My review is only slightly outdated. I went here when I was few months old til I was about 8 or 9. My brother went here also. I am now 21. I still remember this place and how much I loved it. From what I know, it's still owned and ran by the same main people therefore I felt a review was still acceptable. This place was amazing. I loved getting up to go here and loved being one of the last to leave. I highly recommend this to your kids. I felt a review from someone who went there for years and not just a parent was a perspective needed in these reviews."
"Absolutely love this place. The staff are all so nice and you can tell they have a genuine love for children. With their open door policy I was able to check on my little ones at anytime."
"My infant daughter has been going there since she was 6 weeks old. She's about to be 7 months. I absolutely LOVE the staff here. They are very involved and get to know your child personally to cater to their needs. The management is wonderful and they are able to work with you in multiple situations and always keep the parent up to date. I also really like that they offer special field trips and activities for the children that are enrolled in school but are out for maybe a holiday or spring break when the parents aren't always able to take off."
"We had our child here for 4 months. She's two and her teachers were great. The administration, however, began changing the terms of our agreement as soon as she started. We weren't told that their drop off time was 10 am until the first time I tried to drop her off, at eleven, and I was headed to work. Then we were told that we could bring her in at 2 pm on days I worked if we didn't make it at 10 am. But were refused on several of those days as well. The final straw was making it at 10:03 am, and being refused. I haven't slept in three nights bc of work, let my little lady sleep till she woke up, only to be turned away at 10:03 am. There is no drop-off requirement listed in our signed contract. I agreed to it verbally out of respect for their preferences, but that was ridiculous. We pay enough money that unless the kids are napping, we should be able to drop off and pick up whenever we want. I called the 800 number from the state, and there is no State requirement for drop off times. They lied to me repeatedly about this, stating on many occasions that they were only following the "state requirements". And then, when I got upset, told me I was cursing at another parent upon leaving and made him upset. I actually have the conversation recorded and there are no curse words uttered. They lie and lie and lie. Don't bother with this place moms. There are plenty more around and this place is ridiculous. Not to mention that my little one got food poisoning twice and strep throat three times, not to mention the flu once, while being there. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they wouldn't refund the money we have already prepaid. We paid ahead 2 weeks, and upon being sent home at 10:03, were told that they wouldn't refund dime. Then called back 10 minutes later to tell me that because I was angry, they wouldn't accept her at 2 p.m. either even though we have already paid the entire week. We hope to find somewhere else soon."
