"As far as a good gym for the price this has it all. The equipment is new and well laid out, and the indoor pool is nice. Alao has a good cross training area. The only issue I'd say is it has a ton of traffic and sometimes you'll have to wait for certain equipment, so may have to adjust your workout schedule to account for the crowd. Also I tend to train circuits so the crowds make it difficult to use more than one piece of equipment at a time or rotate through different workouts. All and all a good gym for the price."

"Hattie the manager is extremely rude and unpleasant to customers. Also once you are signed up it is nearly impossible to cancel and they will continue charging you every month even after they tell you your membership is cancelled. Hattie will not help with that either."

"Do not sign up for this gym unless you are committed to a lifetime membership. I cancelled my account in November of last year but they continued to try to withdraw money. I switched my payment method to a dead debit card because I read online that they would do this. I spoke to multiple people at local locations and the corporate office and was always assured that my account was cancelled and they wouldn't try to withdraw anymore only for it to happen again the next week. I finally reached Hattie at the Bartlett location and she informed me that she isn't waiving the balance and that she'd close my account but I owe everything from November to January. She was very unprofessional in handling the situation with me. I would not advise signing up here."

"I go here often. Not as often as I should. Pretty low key and is rarely overly crowded. There are some time to avoid tho. Around noon and five pm is kinda too much for me. But I'm really low key. They are clean and most equipment is always in good condition."

"So far, so good. I went around 8:30 pm. It is clean, and the ambiance is good. It was my first night, so I hope it continues that way!"
