"I was so impress when I enrolled my granddaughter into The Little College daycare. We were greeted by the Owner wearing a big smile on her face and we both, myself and granddaughter felt at ease. We were introduced to her teacher and the children in her class and once I saw the smile on my granddaughter face, I knew that she was okay. I felt comfortable knowing that she was comfortable and once I picked her up she asked was she going back and I told her "yes you are." I would let anyone in need of daycare to check out The Little College Daycare."

"My child attended this daycare in the past and sadly she still brings up the incident with the teacher by stating " the teacher said be nice, but she hurt me in the bathroom". Its painful as a parent to be reminded of a traumatic experienced that your child endured under the hands of those that are expected to care and protect them. I find it even more disturbing when you address your concerns for the third time to the Owner and the immediate response is "I can give you 2 weeks to find another daycare". I looked at all the daycares in the area monthly inspections and thought I did everything right to ensure my child was in a safe place and was convinced by the 5 star rating. However, I failed her and she is left with the scars. This review will not take away the pain and anger I feel when she mentions how the teacher(family) hurt her at The Little College, but it holds them accountable on a public platform. Those symptoms she endured the day of the incident never occurred again, because she was intentionally hurt. My child's Voice Matters. In response to the Owner response, which ofcourse was expected. There is nothing Misleading about my child stating that the Teacher hurt her and have traumatic symptoms to support it. The physical exams were Invalid as my baby fought and screamed while having to endure more trauma, preventing a thorough exam..so there is no unsubstatuation along with DCS investigation in which the case worker abruptly quit. An appropriate response as a Owner when a child states she had been hurt by your staff is not to immediately offer to find a new daycare, but check on the welfare of the child and take the childs statement seriously rather dismiss it. In addition, deflecting and trying to make it seem like my child lacks the competence to know when she has been harmed by your staff and publicly speaking on her individual Milestones and alleged Deficiencies in comparison to the other kids is a PRIVACY Violation in accordance with T.C.A 49-5-1003 and deceptively noted to pass judgement on my child observed abilities. You will not mask my childs voice and what she endured at the hands of your Adult child. If you are a parent that looks beyond the surface at these daycares and rightfully voice your concerns, your child may be subject to being a target by staff who is clearly unqualified and have no business left alone with these children, especially when I witness this same staff member that hurt my baby at The Little College fall asleep on the job leaving the poor kids to care for themselves. Getting a group of people to post Staged 5 star reviews conspicuously and simuntaneously within hours after my review in support of something they have no business to get involved in nor facts on the matter, especially when it's concerning an innocent child. The fabricated Reviews will NEVER outweigh the real trauma my baby endured at this childcare, despite trying to sweep the dirt under the rug. My child words " The Teacher said Be Nice, but she Hurt me in the bathroom". As I continue to be reminded by baby of the malicious trauma she endured at the hands of your Adult Child, so will you."
