"Absolutely love this daycare, my children attend Tiny Scholars daycare and they are treated like family. When I drop my kids off they are greeted at the door and there is calming music playing in the background and there is STRUCTURE. Our kids need routine and structure and they are given every bit of it here. We love talking to our kids on the ride home about how their days went and what they learned this week it was about seasons (fall) and last week it was dinosaur week! Nicole and her staff give us detailed reports every day and even talk to us in the morning. You won't be a "number" here like the bigger daycares you'll get a family feel at this daycare! Highly recommend Tiny Scholars!"

"Our two kids came from Youth Academy which went downhill fairly quickly with turnover and the teachers became solely room monitors. My kids development went to the backburner and they had a new teacher every 1-2 weeks for the last 2 months they were there. We made the jump to Tiny Scholars Academy where Nicole (owner) and the rest of her staff took us with open arms. One of our kids was a lot to handle in the first couple of weeks but Nicole and her staff gave us detailed reports and gave us some things to work on at the house in which we did and our son has since flourished in her care. I see a few negative comments in this feed (which is fine and your own opinion) regarding your child's behavior and how it was handled. At our prior daycare (Youth Academy), my wife and I would get calls to pick up our kids for tantrums and allergies and would affect our careers as well. All my wife and I needed was a report and communication on how the fix the issues at hand, we received that from TSA and we made the effort to curb our child's behavior (2 way street between parents and daycare). It's not easy but took some time, and is stressful but we were willing to put in the work for the greater good of our son. Most of all what we love the most is our children are taught manners which I feel like is lacking in society in general. We appreciate the love and care provided to our children by Nicole, Marissa, and Mary they are great and they have attributes that compliment them well as a team! I highly recommend this daycare and if anything goes astray I'll communicate that with them and I have no doubt they will work with my wife and I as they've already proven that. P.S.- Tiny Scholars food is 1000% better than our previous day care."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely love this daycare. My daughter has been going here for a little while now and she really loves it. Both, the staff and owner are amazing. They work very well with my baby. This is deemed a safe place for your child to learn and grow! She’s 3 now and has learned so much. She actually enjoys waking up and attending everyday and that alone speaks volumes of this establishment. The owner is very patient and approachable! They communicate very well with you about the well being of your child. If you are looking for reliable, loving, and caring childcare, this is the place!"

"As stated previously from another parent, the owner will make u feel comfortable with her words. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS!!! I waited almost 3 months for her to open her tiny town location & paid months in advance for her to kick my daughter out in four days! A Tuesday morning! She called our phones (her father & I) and stated someone had to pick up our child! We didn’t understand because she had just gotten there! When we arrived she has all of my daughter’s belongings packed and ready to go as she says “ I’m sorry but she can no longer attend!” I had explained my daughter had never attended daycare and had a speech delay. We met several times privately prior to enrollment for us to discuss my daughters delay to speak. At the time, she reassured me this would not be a problem and she just needed to be around other children , seeing she is an only child. Naturally we asked what was the issue when we were told she could no longer attend because she hadn’t received any bad reports! She didn’t have a reason, I say all this to say IF YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN HAS ANY DISABILITY DO NOT ENROLL THEM HERE!!! She keeps the child/ children long enough so she does not have to refund your money.She doesn’t want to deal with them no matter what she says she only wants to enroll “ normal” children. It’s really unfortunate"

"Totally unsatisfied with this daycare facility. 1. Her hours of operation are not reliable. 2. The director ,Viola, tells parents what they want to hear during the enrollment process and leaves you feeling secure with her words, however, since my son has been in her location, she would call when he would have a tantrum. So as a parent, I would ask to see footage of the "tantrums" and seen normal things that kids do. Her expectation of how children should be at her location is unrealistic. I seen that she does not allow the children to play with toys once the curriculum has been completed for the day. She keeps the children in a corner and sitting on a table just sitting and waiting. She is more concerned about not having to stay any longer at her location to clean up, hence, why she puts the children in a corner and does not allow them to play. If you are a parent and consider enrolling your children here, I highly recommend to try elsewhere. It brought a lot of stress to my occupation and to my family. Since enrolling my children to a different location, they're excitement for school has changed DRAMATICALLY, a complete 180! In video footage that I have she has been seen sitting on her phone while my son cries for her to please give him a marker that she gave every kid on the corner table a marker to draw but my son. Please think twice before thinking about your kids here."
