"This place is not the most organized. It should have been a clear sign that the workshop was empty. They will charge you even if your car does not pass, unlike other places. Save your money and take it to a more reputable place where you get the same service but at a better value. They do not tell you the price or quote you before you hand over your car to them. My car needed more miles to be driven and they charged me for telling me it wasn’t ready. Henry was extremely unhelpful and condescending. Stating that just like healthcare you pay for your visit even if something is not wrong. I don’t have to pay anything for my healthcare. Comparing a car to a health visit does not make sense to me. They didn’t even explain it very well when my car didn’t pass. I had to call the store again"
