"I strongly advise against visiting this place. I visited yesterday to fix a flat tire, but before heading there, I called to inquire about their operating hours, as it was nearing closing time. Unfortunately, the person at the reception was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Upon arrival, the situation only worsened as he was incredibly offensive, speaking in a condescending tone and making weird hand gestures, exhibiting unacceptable racist behavior. Please steer clear of this place. Additionally, they overcharged me for a minor repair. Save yourself the trouble and find another service provider. Publishing the review with his picture just so the owner of the facility would know who that was. Thanks!"

"This place is definitely a waste of anyone's time. Came in for a valve stem replacement, which means the bead on the tire gets broken then new stem installed pump it up done. A Customer came after me for a new tire. Was charged $350 to get it replaced, which is crazy. But happened to get his vehical done before mine. Honestly his vehical had an additional 2-3 steps to get his service done. its not rocket science. Either way... anyone that values their time and money should look else where the owners of this location should make significant changes cause clearly the people running it don't care."

"Came in to do a simple oil change… via the ride share partner referral. They refused to honor the appointment and standard oil change. Forcing a upsell to a more expensive oil change. Buyer beware do not do business with an unethical company Amador has an arrogant attitude and has zero customer service mindset"
