"Not only did they try to pressure me into unnecessary services. They didn't put enough oil in my car. a month later, my car started rattling loudly. I took it to the shop, thinking there was something severely wrong, but NOPE out of oil. They could have blew my whole engine!! Save yourself the trouble, GO ELSEWHERE!!!"

"I went to get a simple oil change and was told that I needed to change my transmission fluid as well I asked how much would that be and he said $ 271 I was blown away by the charges I was then told that he could the job for $145. I agreed and was told it would be 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later he told me that I needed a battery and I told him I just had my battery replaced About 2 months ago and that I didn't want a replacement from him . After waiting another 20 minutes the guy came back and said I had another problem with the oil spout and that when they tried to put the new oil back in that the oil came out all over the guy working on the bottom pit and that I had another major problem and if I wanted him to fix it it would cost me a $145 per hour. I was so blown away with this guy that I called my mechanic and he informed me that the guys working on the van had messed up and that they needed to fix the problem. The guy who was in charge told me that he was not going to fix anything. I took out my phone to record him telling me that he was not going to fix there mistake. The guy started going off on me telling that I couldn't record him and that I needed to leave. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me that he was going to call the police because I wouldn't leave. This place is robbing people and creating them out of their money. I had to go to my mechanic to get him to fix their mistakes. My mechanic informed me that they clearly messed up and that I should sue them. I've never been so Humiliated in my life. This place needs to be investigated and held accountable for cheating people out of their hard earned money. Stay away from this place at all cost."

"Just got my oil changed and they messed with my mass air flow sensor so my car wouldn’t start 2 miles down the road. Luckily my buddy’s knowledgeable about this stuff and I was able to clean it out and it worked fine. But while cleaning it, I found a piece of dirt lodged in airflow sensor that definitely wasn’t there before. After being stranded they told me to just get it towed back so they could fix it and try to charge me more. Please go anywhere else for your car needs. This place is a scam"

"Terrible job. Just got my oil change before driving to Arizona only to find out they didn't tighten the bolt correctly and now my oil has been leaking since. Better off doing it on my own on the side of the street."

"Was in town for work and needed a quick oil change. Still not sure how that turned into a $300 job but I needed to get back on the road. Got home and noticed the air dam was loose and scraping the road. I love 6 hours away and have no way of getting back there to get it fixed."
