"I visited a mechanic who claimed they had the necessary equipment to fix my car and said they would inform me within a couple of hours. I had to tow my car there. However, after a day, they informed me they didn’t have the required materials and would have to order them from another dealership at double the price. They made a mess of the ignition and threw parts away. When I expressed my desire to take my car elsewhere, they insulted my ethnicity and used derogatory language. They even refused to allow me to start the car after their mishap. I had to tow it again, and eventually, I found another company that fixed it for half the price in just thirty minutes. This auto shop is dishonest and unreliable. A day after an event they reply to the comment on google… I have to clarify more…nobody assaulted Ashly, the owner used racism speech….Ashly told the price 1800 which true one was maximum 500… she said we can fix it and I paid a tow car to bring my car there. But after a day when I told ashley the price is so high and I have to bring my car somewhere else she said I asked the dealership and new price is 980,which was half the previous one. When I said I want to bring my car somewhere else, they said you should pay again for tow car. They changed their price repeatedly.even a child can understand they are not honest. And one more thing :Dear owner, please don’t tell more lies, your request was not professional and respectful at all. You assaulted my nationality, and shouldn’t expect for any polite response. You can’t anticipate any admiration or positive feedback from either of us when you use such hurtful language. Many people witnessed your behavior, and even your own colleagues were embarrassed by your words. You didn’t even let me sit in my car…..please accept, your behavior was not professional and respectful at all."
"I visited there, and after a day without receiving a quote, I was shocked to find their price was twice that of other mechanics. Deciding against using their services, I encountered the owner, who displayed shocking rudeness and bigotry, making unacceptable comments about my ethnicity and unjustly refusing to let me start my car, insisting it had to be towed. This experience was appalling, and I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment under any circumstances."
"STAY AWAY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! My car failed smog check and took it Automed Car Care to find out what needs to be done. I was told that EGR Valve, Air Flow Sensor and Air Temp Sensor needs to be replaced. They wanted to get all these parts and charge me around $2400 with labor included. I got the parts and saved around $1300. First, I couldn't find the Air Flow Sensor online and asked them to buy it for me. Then, I found that part, used but in great condition but the Manager didn't want to return it. He claims that it's a "non returnable part" which is a total lie. Because it was never installed or it was not under final sale or something. I even stopped by OReilly's (one of the vendors for mechanics) and their supervisor told me "they always accept returns". So, there is no way their vendor wouldn't accept the return and it was purchased a couple of days ago. Long story short, they installed the parts and my car failed the smog check again. I lost another $100 because of their low quality service. On top of that, their mechanic broke the Air Flow Sensor's Air Filter reservoir attachment part as you can see in the picture below. I had never been to this place before and wanted to give it a try but never again."
