"I went to get a tire repaired that had a large bolt in it. I was greeted by Tony with a big smile. The repair required removing the tire, but I did not own a special "keyed" lug nut to remove the special lug nut on the wheel. Tony, without any complaint or comment, improvised a removal tool and proceeded to repair the tire. A very pleasant outcome of what could have been a disastrously, overly complicated mess of a simple problem. I will go back to New Age without any hesitation!!!"
