"A kid was in there to drug screen today and waited patiently..after an hour he asked if the lady who left and was supposed to do his drug screen was going to be back to do it..the lady there said oh I don’t know if she will be or not..he said thank you and left. Why are you wasting peoples time???? Get it together!!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just went in this past week and the woman was incredibly rude to me for my drug test for school. I had drank so much water before coming in and at my appt time I still felt like I couldn’t go so I told her nicely before she even got out the drug test supplies. She said “why would you even come here then?” I said, “I just wanted to check in to let you know I’m here but I wanted to let you know upfront I need a few more minutes before I enter the bathroom.” She sighed and talked to me so unprofessionally. She was in room 1 on Thursday 1/25. I hope her boss sees this. She threw away my school paper I had to give her and said it was stupid instead of giving it to me. I told her sorry I couldn’t go to the bathroom the first time because I needed more water and she was being rude. She said that sounds like a me problem. She doesn’t deserve to work in customer service let alone health care. Awful awful person and business."

"I walked in with a four-year-old and no appointment at 9:00 am on a Monday morning and was out of there by 9:30. Miss Anitra took care of us. She was so gentle with my son and explained everything she was going to do to him. I appreciate her bedside manner and will be back should I need other diagnostic tests."

"Very poor experience with making an appointment. The Clarksville number doesn't have a live operator but one has to make an appointment by automated system. So I did that but the automated made a mistake, or I made one and this automated never asked me if everything was correct but the appointment was scheduled. Then I sent an email telling them to correct my name and I never got a response and it has been over a week. Then I called their customer service number which starts with 866 and this rude woman came on the line after I waited for 20 minutes on the phone. She said she cannot change my name and add my last name and they would call me by the false spelled name and I need to tell them it is spelled wrong. The woman was so rude I couldn't wait to get off the phone with her. There are 2 humongous problems with this lab. 1} it is difficult to get anyone on the phone, 2) they don't answer their email, 3) they have rude operators, 3) they cannot change false data. Let's just hope when I get tot he appointment that I will be able to be seen since my information is incorrect. It has been a rude run arround with this company."
