"I went shopping at SCP a few weeks ago with my girlfriend. She spent a LOT of money. Most of the stores we went to offered us champagne or at least a water. Not stewart weizman! They said that you had to have an appointment to get that kind of service. What? Well anyway, she bought two pairs of shoes. The salesman was new and when he rang everything up another employee was hovering over him to make sure he did things right. I'm not sure if he gave us a receipt. Fast forward to the next day when she realized that one of the pairs wasn't going to work for her dress. She went to take them back and they refused to give her money back or even exchange them for something else!!! This is unacceptable. If she would have bought them from Nordstrom, they would have returned them no questions asked. We will not shop here again!!"

"Visit SCP store recently for defect issue of a pair of Nudistsong style, I wear size 6.5 usually for Stuart Weitzman. I brought 3 pairs with the exact style before and for some reason the current pair squash my toes badly. The shop is a decent size store with many sections of shoes when I visited there were 2 associates. I got help from amazing Alen. He honestly is god sent! Resolved the issue with Nudistrong strapping issue in a timely fashion and provided the luxury customer service that went beyond any expectation. This man is a champion and deserves a raise! Seriously."
"Worse service ever!!!! I should of read the yelp reviews before I came to purchase my shoes at their boutique in South Coast Plaza. First of all, I came during Black Friday & purchased the Highland OTK, took the Narrow size home & realized I needed a Medium instead. came back to the store for an exchange on Cyber Monday, Jessica Liu who was the sale rep said she had to order online for me. There was an extra % off for Cyber Monday which she didn't mention until I randomly asked (then she refunded the differences for me which was nice) - she said the shoes would come in about a week and they will call me. Ok, so a week passed by & no calls. I called the store checking on my order in different times but all of their sale rep gave me the impression that my order never exist and kept asking for my numbers to call back. No one called me back. AT ALL!!! Until I made my 5th calls,male sale rep picked up, asked me the same questions over and over (name, order number, receipt number, date purchased) then he said he can't find my order & asked me who helped me that day, I said Jessica Liu. Then he said she's busy & asked for my number (again!) so she can call me back. Until now, I lost my patience with them, I needed to know when I can get my order & it seems like they don't know anything about it. Hello, It's PAID. He then told me he's just an associate and he doesn't know the full story to help, suggested me to talk to Jessica instead. (What kind of service is this?) - After awhile, he couldn't help as well as couldn't find my order in the system, he offered to look into it for me tomorrow (???!!) - we hung up, I called again expecting to speak with Jessica. she picked up the phone and told me my shoes are no longer available & she just got the email today (so they took my money and made me wait a week only to let me know I don't have my shoes? What if I never called?) - she didn't offer to refund until I asked so what now? Don't you have any other style? What should I do? - Then she said "we need to refund your money" - well of course you have to refund. But what kind of customer service is this for such a brand? Not sure if anyone from their management read these reviews in here but I'm pretty disappointed with the experience. Your sale people don't know anything and with poor attitude. Don't blame it on the holidays because people don't normally just pop in your store on a regular days. I love your shoes but the customer service is horrible. For the price that I'm paying, I expect better service with the right attitude. You probably don't care about 1-2 bad reviews but more than 2 of the same problem is a concern. I would give this place zero star if I could."
"I walked in today, wanting to purchase a pair of nude shoes, I was looking for some strappy sandals in nude. I spoke to the sales girls, and her first response was we don't have any wide shoes at our location. I asked her can you please check any style in wide so i can just see if it fits, I can always the style with you just need to make sure I order the correct size. Then again she said we don't have any, and then I said okay, can I try just regular, and she came back and said she had some in wide. I tried asking a few more questions, but the sales girls were more interested in helping another Asian customer and basically ignoring me. I tried asking a few more questions, but seemed to me that these girls didn't think I am was going to spend any money. Finally went to Nordstrom and and bought 2 pairs of shoes got great customer service and spend close to $650. Need to learn how to treat your customers better,"
