"Don't let the 4.0 fool you. Had to change rooms immediately due to the B.O. smell in the first. Every towel but one had a long black hair on it. The breakfast was one of the worst I've ever experienced, and I stay in hotels every week. Biscuits were hard as rocks, the omelet was like rubber and the sausage smelled funny. One night with parking cost me $200. Never again."

"Great location to Music Row and the Gulch, bit far if you want to walk to Broadway where all of the bars are. I felt safe here, the room was clean and comfortable. On site parking is available for an additional fee, definitely worth it and I didn’t worry about the car at all. Typical breakfast but they do have an omelette station that make fresh omelettes to order. The only 2 things that prevented 5 stars are the TV didn’t work and it took over an hour to have some fix it (2 bad remotes) and you are unable to adjust the the air conditioner vent so it doesn’t blow directly on you. All in all it is a decent hotel."

"Our room was pleasantly clean and seemed newly renovated. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t drive here and found the location very walkable and had no problem getting around. Scooter and ride share options are great."

"I’d like to thank the staff number one for being professional and very helpful. I was with a group of Georgia university students for their formal affair. The staff had the keys ready and as a driver I was first on the list to get a key which was very helpful, my room was extraordinarily clean. In fact, I loved my room. It was a front view. If I were to come back as a regular guest I would definitely book here."

"Hotel was good. Things seemed clean and service was helpful. I liked the free extras like a self-service coffee bar, games, and massage chairs in the main lobby area. Can't comment on breakfast because we had to leave before it was served at 7 AM. Can't comment on the pool or fitness area either. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that they were probably up to par with the rest of the hotel amenities."
