"Such a great store! Very kind and knowledgeable staff! Anything from vintage games, new games, and figures they have it! I’m just getting into building Gundam models, the staff took time to help and point me in the right direction for starting out!"
"The staff is kind and VERY helpful/informative. I have bought various games/stuff from here and I think the prices are very fair. Thank you for being a part of the community!!!!"
"Great service, and everyone I go, I find great games. The store is always amazing to be in. It is easy to find where each console’s games are. The consoles are displayed in a glass case which allows you too see them before buying. The pricing is great. It’s a wonderful experience, and I 100% recommend them if you like classic and new video games."
"I love going to this place they have a lot of nice stuff I bought a lot of games here and the staff there are really chill keep up the great work guy"
"I got a game 4 days ago (New) and the kids preferred a different game so we tried to take it back to trade in. The game was $60 but trade in price after 4 days was $25. Less than half of what I paid for it. Someone did say we could get $5 extra if the case wasn't destroyed.(pictures attached). Hardly looks destroyed I felt like the guy exaggerated a bit. I get it, business is business, but it just sucks to see a used game with no case at all be sold for more than what is offered for a game I literally had for 4 days with a case that clearly isn't destroyed. However over all I truly do like this place because they are so helpful and the customer service from the store manager is top tier, this encounter just surprised me because in the past I have always had great trade ins and sells with them. Today just wasn't one of them LOL."
