Panera Bread

"The girl who took our order (approximately 9am on 2/24/24) got our complete order wrong. We picked up our food and all but one item was wrong. She clearly needs to improve her listening skills or show a care in the world about her job. It appeared we unconvinced her."

"One of our bowls was dirty we found out when my daughter got to the bottom of it unfortunately. We were the only ones there but it was still slow service. One of the main ingredients were out of inventory. The bread was so hard that I felt like a wild animal tearing away at a carcass. For me and my daughter to eat from a dirty bowl and stale bread and just water to drink was $30. What is going on in this country! We’re supposed to be the best. The chicken Caesar salad did taste good."

"Used to be great, gave them 2 visits this month First one sat in the service line area and took forever to get waited there was no one even at the counter. Second time waitedi drive thru forever for a cinnamon crunch bagel and received the absolute worst bagel. Image below, again they weren't even busy."

"Wow was just told when ordering that the dining room closes an hour early so they can leave when the place closes. Nothing posted anywhere stating that dining area closes at a different time than the restaurant. Not as if we came in at 855 either, 815 leaves plenty of time to be properly served. I have worked in the food industry before so I get it when people come in close to closing time but come on. If that's your policy, post it. Even better we can't sit and eat but no one is cleaning the place either. Trash on the floor with no one there. Worst experience I've had at a Panera. And the flat bread I ordered was cold when I was given to me with our order."
