"If I could give more than 5 stars I def would! First start to finish I had the most amazing experience at any dealership I ever had in my life and I have worked for a few myself, just not as a salesperson. I didn’t get the pleasure to meet James that’s over this Kia dealership in person but he went over and beyond even when he went on vacation during my buying process. And as for Reena my sales lady.. she was just awesome. She was so professional and NOT ONCE pushy to me. They listened to my wants and needs and made it happen. And all issues whether big or small was no issue to them. Reena stayed in contact with me and kept every promise made and then some. She didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale to her. She treated me with respect and was honest about everything.
