I returned today to have headlights replaced, and it was going to be more work than they felt they could do. They apologized and scheduled me to come next day when someone who has more experience with it as they practically have to remove my bumper! They took time and explained while showing me and answering other car questions. I never feel rushed or that they don't want to take time to explain things to a woman. So appreciated!"
