"Called bec my brakes needed replacing. Was told to come at 2 as I did. Showed up at 145 hoping maybe he'd get me in asap but he didn't touch my car for an hour even though I had appointment. They helped another man first who pulled up without an appointment. Replacing my pads they Didn't put the jelly provided where metal to metal contact happens. Hope my brakes have no squeaking anytime soon.... I wasted tons of time in the waiting room playing pool which made me not drive off."
