"I went to get a front-end alignment done. They did a complimentary diagnostics , after about 45 minutes told me all these problems I had going on with this car I just bought. They told me I was leaking power steering fluid which they filled up for me, but I have put a lot of miles on it since and haven't leaked any power steering fluid. They told me I need to replace three tires because three tires were bald and one had a valve stem problem and the other one had a nail in the sidewall and one was about to blow. None of that was true. The service stabilitrak light kept coming on and I had told them about that and I thought that they fixed it, but once you disconnect the battery and then reconnect it none of those issues show up right away. The computer takes a few miles before it actually shows all those issues. Needless to say the light started coming on again. They charged me $42 for parts and $177 for labor $223 all together and they didn't do anything to my car. Unless you want to get ripped off I suggest stay clear of this place."

"I had my vehicle towed their to fix it. Gentleman called me told me it was the slave cylinder and would cost me 2700 dollars to fix it. After another day called me back and said it was the clutch the whole time. Next day called me told me it needed a flywheel and my bill was at 3100 dollars. I felt disrespected. Went to get it and they couldn't even give me a receipt. Wow They said their printer was down. Desperate to take advantage of people"

"Pretty disappointed with my most recent experience especially since everyone I talked with seemed really cool and nice and have helped me in the past on my current and previous cars. If you guys read this, I'd rather you be upfront an honest about not wanting to work on my car or if it's too complicated for you. This is also the 2nd time I've gotten a major misdiagnosis albeit a different car. Brought my car in because I noticed the radiator sprung a leak and I asked them to pressure test it and let me know where it's leaking from. I get a devastating call saying my head gasket was bad and that it's leaking internally and if I wanted to fix it, I'm looking at thousands of dollars. I thought that was sort of fishy considering the car has never overheated, nor was the car taken apart to expose the radiator, and you can see the leak coming from somewhere on the radiator and not near the block. Did my own tests and had another shop give a 2nd opinion and turns out I have no symptoms of a head gasket issue internally or externally. I pulled my radiator, had it repaired somewhere else, and now the car is completely fine."
