Reviews
"Poor customer service and the store manager walking around store eating, while one cashier is backed up at the register. 12/7/21 store closed early almost every night during hours of operation. Employees in store and sitting as usual. We pulled up 17mins before closing as usual close when they want to. DM must never check on stores because the store manager is not a leader. Sign say close @8 but already closed"
"Online it says it’s open until 9pm but when you walk up to the door to open it, it’s locked. Management or Corporate needs to adjust their Google My Business account for this location to reflect the time they actually open. Your incorrect business hours has truly become an inconvenience for your early morning customers."
"I wish there was a zero star option. So first thing there were only 2 ppl in the entire store working. But only a few customers when I got there. There were 3 customers ahead of me. One wanted several balloons, so I understand the long wait but usually a second cashier would come out of the office to help. NOT. So my son brings my 3yr old in because she had to potty. The cashier never said anything but the lady in front of me directed me to the bathroom. Both doors locked. I asked the cashier if there was a key for tge restrooms and she said rudely, "No they're not public". The restrooms are clearly public because their are gender specifications on the doors along with signs saying "No MerchMerchandise beyond this point". That is a clear message to the CUSTOMER. What kind of sick person denies the child access to the restroom. She would have done better by lying and saying they were out of order."
